Messaging consent
If you choose text as your contact method, we will only send messages relating to your request unless you separately opt in to updates. You can reply STOP at any time to stop text messages.
Photos you upload
Photos submitted with a request are used to review and diagnose the issue. Do not include images of people or documents you do not want shared with our service team.
